I was disappointed in Ms. McBride's pitch. She kept touching her ear so maybe she
was trying to fix her ear piece. I'm not sure what the reason for her being out of key,
but I have heard her sing on television numerous times and she sounded angelic.
Last evening was disappointing to me because I spent a lot of money (for me) and it
was a Christmas gift to my brother as we have wanted to see Martina McBride's
Christmas show for years. If this was a technical error on the venue or artist's part, I
hope you fix the problem for future concert goers.

DISAPPOINTED- EVERY SONG SHE SANG WAS OFF KEY - POOR SOUND?
I splurged on 2 tickets, $149 each -took my Mom as her Christmas gift. Front row, Orchestra. Great view and up close. Cushioned folding chairs with cup holder was strange - but comfortable enough, except large person next to me hogged armrest. Martina is beautiful - I've never seen her in concert and was so disappointed in her voice. It was obvious the sound was off and seemed she couldn't hear herself in the monitor as she frequently struggled with the ear piece. Hence, she was way off key for every single song. Cringe worthy at times. Such a shame because I'm listening to her now (online recording) and her voice is beautiful. Backup singers were spot on so not sure what happened. I don't understand why the problem couldn't be corrected during the intermission. Musicians were great and I liked the overall look of the show. But not worth $300 due to her poor voice quality. I wish I could see her again when able to actually perform at her peak. Wish I could get a refund.

PITCHY AND BORING
The entire show was a disappointment. She was pitchy throughout and kept adjusting her earpiece. Her own songs didn't sound like herself. If she had said she was fighting a cold and gave us some reason maybe it would have been more acceptable. Overall the content wasnt very good... her dresses were old-fashioned no music playing for the military personnel presented, her walking through the audience was ridiculous.... she was pretty lifeless on stage... very disappointing!!

BORING AND OUTDATED
I’m not familiar with Martina McBride’s music but have seen her perform on award shows. Her voice is beautiful but last night it lacked strength. Maybe she was not feeling well? Songs were mostly slow and she just swayed back and forth. She lacks stage presence big time. Watching old clips from Christmas movies was a little off. Sad to say very boring.

FLAT IN PHILLY
It was painful to hear her sing so off key and ruin so many classics. And showing video of Christmas cartoons? huh? Walking the aisle on the first floor for 15 minutes with camera/video not working so that most of the audience could not see anything, but only listen to trite dialogue? Only redemption was the Graphics, her nice personality, dresses and shoes.

VERY LOUD, MARTINA VOICE WAS OFF.
Looking forward to this concert all year. From the first startling, incredibly loud announcement from the booth, which surprised and shocked the entire audience 5 minutes before the show even started, to the very first song, you could tell this was not going to be a good night for either the performers or the crowd. It seemed Martina was sick. The band, which was very good, just went on and didn't say anything to her during the entire, painful event. My wife played one of Martina's songs for me over our car radio as we drove the short distance home telling me that the band had actually performed that song, but at the show it was unrecognizable to me.
Tuacahn Amphitheater didn't help the situation either. We are Padre Canyon neighbors and frequent this venue often. The performances are getting progressively louder and uncomfortable. If I hadn't paid so much for the tickets and was by myself, I would have left after the 2nd song. We have Kansas tickets tonight for Tuacahn that I purchased months ago. I am not really looking forward to this show as I usually do.
Martina let it be known that she and her band will be performing in Tucson tonight. I don't envy that unknowing audience. Hopefully the Tucson venue wont try to drown out Martina's singing ailment or she will properly cancel until she can recover.
Love her albums, wish I hadn't attended the show.

QUESTIONABLE
As I am a singer I appreciate how Martina pushed through her show here in Huber Heights, Ohio on 7/1/22. She was pitchy and appeared to be unwell. From all these reviews that I have been reading it appears to be her every concert review feedback through all of the seasons. I wish her well in whatever circumstance she is battling. Singing is a great opportunity to share a message with others and being that vessel has its demands. Martina, you got this! Take care of yourself and your voice and maybe choose another key to sing your songs in so the struggle isn’t so real. Many people are rooting for you including me.
