Four-time Grammy Award Winner Lyle Lovett is known for his intelligent Western Swing-tinged Country Music. Like the great songwriters of the late 70's, in the class of Randy Newman and Guy Clarke, Lovett never did just fit into one genre. His witty lyrics and eclectic mix of sounds ranging from folk to big band swing form an unforgettable catalogue of songs and although he emerged in the 80's, this musical chameleon is still a fearless innovator in the Country world to this day.

Country and bluegrass musician Ricky Skaggs is a singer as well as master of instruments including the mandolin, fiddle, guitar, mandocaster and banjo. The Kentucky born musician started his lifelong relationship with music at the young age of five, since then he has made a name for himself as one of the best country musicians out there and has been inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The variety and range of Bruce Hornsby's music is quite staggering. In the course of his 40 year career, his stunning improvisational talent has drawn from rock, jazz, gospel and even country. Outside of his wildly experimental solo work, he's maybe best known to the world for his work with The Grateful Dead and for the Billboard Number 1 hit The Way It Is, later sampled by 2Pac on his track Changes.
